Neuroo Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information the Neuroo app ("Neuroo," "we," "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Neuroo you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account info — name and email address (when you sign in with Apple, Google, or email)	To create and secure your account and sync your progress across devices.
Training data — game scores, levels, streaks, daily goals, and achievements	To run the app, show your stats and Brain Score, and (if you opt in) friends and leaderboards.
Usage and product interaction	To understand how the app is used and improve it (analytics).
Diagnostics — crash logs and performance data	To find and fix bugs and keep the app stable.
Device and advertising identifiers	Used by our advertising partner to show ads to people who don't have Neuroo Plus.
Purchase information — your subscription status	To provide and restore Neuroo Plus benefits.

How we use information

To provide, maintain, and improve the app and its features.
To save and sync your training progress, streaks, and (optionally) social features such as friends and leaderboards.
To show ads to non-subscribers, and to offer an ad-free experience through Neuroo Plus.
To diagnose crashes and measure overall, aggregated usage.

Advertising and tracking

Neuroo shows ads to users who do not subscribe to Neuroo Plus, served by Google AdMob. On your device you will be asked whether to allow tracking (App Tracking Transparency). If you do not allow it, you will still see ads, but they will be less personalized. In the EEA/UK we present a consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) before serving ads. Neuroo Plus subscribers see no ads.

Third-party services

We use the following providers, each governed by its own privacy policy:

Google Firebase — authentication, database, analytics, and crash reporting (firebase.google.com/support/privacy)
Google AdMob — advertising (policies.google.com/privacy)
Apple — Sign in with Apple and App Store purchases (apple.com/legal/privacy)

Data retention and deletion

We keep your account and training data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us at the address below, and we will delete it within 30 days except where retention is required by law.

Children

Neuroo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your choices

Control tracking via your device's App Tracking Transparency setting.
Subscribe to Neuroo Plus to remove ads entirely.
Manage notifications in the app's Settings or your device settings.
Request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us.
