Neuroo Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Neuroo mobile application ("Neuroo," "the app," "we," "us"). By downloading or using Neuroo you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Neuroo for your own non-commercial training and entertainment, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Your account

Some features require an account (created with Apple, Google, or email). You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Account → Delete account), which permanently removes your profile and associated data.

3. Subscriptions (Neuroo Plus)

• Neuroo Plus is an auto-renewable subscription offered as a monthly or yearly plan.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Neuroo, including by: breaking the law; harassing other users; uploading offensive display names or content; attempting to cheat or manipulate scores, achievements, or leaderboards; or interfering with the app's operation or security.

5. Social features

Neuroo lets you add friends by code and appear on leaderboards. Your display name, avatar, and Brain Score may be visible to other users you connect with or on global leaderboards. Do not use a display name that infringes others' rights or is offensive. We may remove content or accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Advertising

Neuroo shows ads to users who are not Neuroo Plus subscribers. Watching an optional ad may grant in-app benefits (such as an extra life or streak protection). Ad availability is not guaranteed.

7. Intellectual property

Neuroo and its content, design, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

8. Disclaimers

Neuroo is provided "as is" for entertainment and general mental exercise. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition, and it makes no guarantee of improved cognitive performance. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Neuroo. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using Neuroo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
