Common questions
- How do I restore my Neuroo Plus subscription? Open the app, go to the Plus tab or Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases."
- How do I manage or cancel my subscription? Manage it anytime in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- How do I delete my account? In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile and synced data.
- How do I turn notifications on or off? Settings → Notifications inside the app, or in your device Settings.
- Is my progress synced? Yes — sign in with Apple, Google, or email and your progress and streaks sync across devices.
